  • For the Fourth Consecutive Year Study Finds Patient Care at San Jacinto Methodist Hospital Rates Highly.

A national study by HealthGrades, a healthcare ratings company, has recognized San Jacinto Methodist Hospital's quality of patient care for the fourth consecutive year. HealthGrades' 13th Annual Hospital Quality in America Study is the most comprehensive independent annual study of hospital quality in the nation. In addition San Jacinto Methodist Hospital has been ranked among the top 10% hospitals in the nation for stroke care and in the top 5% for critical care. The hospital has received a top Five-Star Rating by HealthGrades for the quality of its care in numerous categories according to the study, The HealthGrades study analyzes tens of millions of patients' outcomes – specifically, mortality and complication rates – at the nation's 5,000 hospitals.

In addition to being ranked top in the top 10% for Stroke and 5% for Critical Care San Jacinto has received several five-star ratings. To receive a five-star rating the procedure and diagnosis has clinical outcomes that are better than expected.
